Earthquake in Haiti some days ago is one of the wake up calls for all of the people in this planet that you would never be able to predict what nature’s plan is. A thousand people are died just in a minute and some survivors are following because of the limitation of medical equipment and emergency stuff.
In Los Angles, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are urging support for Haiti by contributing $1 million to one of the emergency medical operation organization. Along with Pitt and Jolie there is also Ben Stiller, Oprah Winfrey and Paris Hilton. However, contributing their wealth is not the only thing that they do in this matter, for example is Oprah Winfrey is also urging her audience to donate for Haiti as what she said ‘This is a time where we, as a global nation, should come together and support those who are in need’. Besides, direct contribution some organization for Haiti relief is established where celebrities could autographing items and put it in auction for Haitian. In UK, Chris Martin, the Coldplay’s lead singer is also setting up an Oxfam charity for Haiti.
In this matter is not about how much money you have donated or put in charity but much more about your contribution in helping each other.
